EDC Scalpel

This auto-retracting pocket scalpel snaps shut with a satisfying shwish-ka-CHUNK!

The scalpel features a novel over-center lock mechanism.

The skookum frame and blade lock mechanics are machined out of 360 Brass to fit industry standard X-Acto brand X-11 blades.

The brass has bright and shiny machined polish. With use, it will tarnish into a deep green-brown.

Blade is included for US & Canadian orders and the first batch will have TORX fasteners (until we run out). International orders: we don't include the disposable blade. 

The scalpel is a kit that requires assembly. The mechanism is very tight tolerance and may need you to test and adjust the mechanism to your preference. The cleaning, assembly and testing is what make this a TOOL THAT YOU BUILD! Please do not order this if you don't know your ass from your elbow.
