Lead Times Are Real I advertise 4-6 weeks on custom pieces, but honestly? Shit happens! It sometimes takes longer because we're actually making a custom piece, not dropshipping from China. If you can't wait, don't order.

Defects & Our Screw-Ups If I genuinely messed up or sent you something defective, contact the shop at avemachineshop@gmail.com with your order number & photos. I'll make it right. But "I changed my mind" or "I ordered the wrong thing" doesn't count.

Address Mistakes = Your Problem Read your shipping address twice before you hit buy. If you fat-finger your address and your order gets returned, I'll refund you minus shipping costs. I'm not eating that.

Damaged in Shipping Document it immediately with photos and contact us within 48 hours. I'll work with you to make it right.

Bottom Line Premium tools take time to make. Order carefully, double-check everything, and be patient. Its a small shop doing quality work, not Amazon.
